COVID-19 Policies

Dear Valued Guest,

We care about the protection of our guests, employees, and vendors. We are taking extra steps to ensure social-distancing is incorporated into our regular business practices as we prepare for Phase Two of North Carolina’s reopening.

Arriving guests will check-in at their homes using lockboxes that are thoroughly sanitized between arrivals. Our employees have the option to work from home, and we continue to closely monitor updates about the coronavirus. Are the beaches open?
Yes, but social-distancing is expected. Please allow 6 feet between different groups. There is plenty of room to stretch out in the sand.

How does COVID-19 spread?
Between people who are in close contact with one another. Respiratory droplets are shared when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or talks within 6 feet of another person.

Are you properly sanitizing the rentals between groups?
