We strongly recommend purchasing travelers’ insurance to cover your upcoming trip. Spectrum Properties has contracted with Red Sky Travel Insurance (1-866-889-7409) to offer you trip cancellation/insurance to protect your vacation against the financial consequences/hardships of unforeseen circumstances, which could cause cancellation of your trip and forfeiture of payments. Coverage issues will be based and determined solely by Red Sky, and the existing policy will be issued to you if you elected the purchase of this insurance when you made your reservation. Please see your policy for more specific information. Please note- trip insurance premium is non-refundable after 14 days in force even if the reservation is cancelled. Trip insurance is non-transferrable. If trip insurance is declined, tenant accepts responsibility for loss of rent in case of any unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to mandatory evacuation due to hurricane or natural disaster. You do not have coverage in force until your entire advance rental payment and trip insurance premium is paid in full.
