As you approach the property, towering trees, lush greenery, and a sense of tranquility greet you. The house offers breathtaking water views and the gentle lapping of waves as your soundtrack.

Inside, the fresh, contemporary style exudes warmth and a homey feeling. Fully updated with modern amenities, including stainless steel appliances in the gourmet kitchen, the house features three spacious bedrooms. The dining area and screened-in porch offer stunning water views, making every meal a feast for the senses.

Perfect for entertaining, the property features ample space for gathering or seeking solitude. Outside, a private dock awaits for fishing, or sunbathing. The expansive deck, complete with a grill, is ideal for al fresco dining.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

"Just what we were looking for! Came to visit my parents who live on their boat docked in Morehead City, but we wanted a place with space for our dog to get out and do dog stuff. The place is beautiful inside and out, saw plenty of wildlife, did some grillin’, and had a little fire for some smores one night. Highly recommend and would definitely love to come back!

"The property was the perfect place for us and our pups to relax and get away. The dogs were able to be outside and enjoy the yard and the dock without us needing to worry that they were going to go somewhere they shouldn't. Very peaceful!

"We had such a lovely stay! The house is just as charming as the photos, and the private dock was a big hit with us and our dog. We rented a boat one day out in Atlantic beach, hung out on the dock, and most importantly just relaxed all week! If youre an early riser like we are, the sunrises are also beautiful. I would definitely recommend this home!

"The beach house in Smyrna was wonderful for our family trip to North Carolina. One of the most beautiful air b n bs we have stayed in. Beautifully decorated with everything you need to make meals right at home. We watched fireworks in Beaufort (about a 15-minute drive) Wonderful community of people. We had a blast catching crabs and fishing off the dock. We enjoyed all of the outdoor and indoor games and would love to visit again! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

"This is the perfect getaway spot! Property is located on the water with a private dock set back off the road, offering absolute privacy for your vacation! A quick drive to all that Beaufort has to offer - amazing shopping, dining, and activities! The owners have thought of everything you could need for your stay, including games, water floaties, and there is even a fire pit! Everything is perfectly done, looks BRAND NEW and so clean and Inviting!! Amazing local dive pizza is a quick 5 min drive away and a couple books and magazines with suggestions on area attractions. Check in and check out were seamless and management company ensured we had a great stay. I only wish we could have stayed longer!! Will absolutely be going back and staying longer!
