The layout features 4 bedrooms on the second floor and an additional bedroom on the first floor, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

"It was a wonderful stay! The house had everything we needed for a quick long weekend get away! It was clean and fresh! We loved everything about the house especially sitting on the back porch watching the waves. We definitely want to come back and stay longer!

"The Beachcomber is a beautiful house and the location is amazing. The ocean views from the decks are perfect. Mary answered all of my questions, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops in town. We had an amazing ten days!

"This was an amazing stay, you can't beat the location if you're looking for a great weekend on the beach. The beach was not crowded at all, dog friendly, and right outside your door and you can hear the waves crash all day and night. The space is super nice and having the two kitchens was great, we had a lot of room and the dog was very comfortable as well. Host was great, even left us a gift basket and worked with us when the propane ran out and we couldn't clean the grill. Overall a really awesome place, will definitely be marking this spot to come back to!
