Welcome to Serendipity, a beautiful 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath coastal retreat located in the sought-after Beau Coast community in Beaufort. Nestled along the Crystal Coast, Beaufort is North Carolina’s third-oldest town, rich in maritime history and charm. Once a haven for pirates like Blackbeard, today it offers a perfect blend of historic waterfront beauty, boutique shopping, and fresh coastal dining.
Inside Serendipity, you'll find a spacious living room designed for comfort and gathering. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and an island, perfect for cooking and entertaining. The home features three well-appointed bedrooms, including a primary suite with a king bed and a dedicated desk, providing a comfortable space to work remotely or catch up on emails during your stay.
A standout feature is the third-floor loft bonus room, complete with its own TV and full bathroom—perfect as a second living space, or a fun hangout for kids.
Guests of BeauCoast enjoy access to exceptional community amenities, including a resort-style pool, day dock, and the beloved on-site Trader’s Store—perfect for grabbing essentials or a quick treat before heading out to explore.
Whether you’re strolling along the historic waterfront, taking in views of the Rachel Carson Reserve, or simply unwinding in comfort, Serendipity offers the perfect balance of coastal history, modern luxury, and laid-back charm.

Bed Configuration:
1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Pyramid bunk (full on bottom, twin on top)

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

-Parking anything other than 2-axle cars/trucks is prohibited. So no trailers/boats
