This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse is a hop, skip, and jump from the sun, sand and surf at The Circle in Atlantic Beach. For decades, this spot has been the ultimate beach destination and remains a top pick of travelers near and far.

The sense of nostalgia is strong here — with swim shops and ice cream stands dotted along the boardwalk. It’s a throwback to simpler times and easy, fun family days spent strolling the shore for leisure.
You will also find upscale dining, beach boutiques and bars with high-quality cocktails, with the same friendly southern spirit this area is known for.

When you stay at Marley’s Retreat, you can count on easy access to the beach — and the action— whether you head straight to the sand or watch the fun from the balcony, it’s the perfect place to enjoy it all. Wave to passersby, watch the waves in the distance and wait for the sun to dip down over the ocean in a fiery glow.

Inside, relax and revel in the comfort of this newly built townhome. Natural tones and textures bring in the feel of the outdoors with subtle sophistication and style. With an open layout, large living and dining spaces, and a gourmet kitchen, your family and friends will have plenty of room to move around, mingle or just be together.

The second floor features the primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and an inviting en suite bath with a modern-feel walk-in shower. The guest bedroom on this same floor is equally appealing, with a queen-sized bed and en suite walk-in shower. On the first floor, you will find an additional guest bedroom with another queen-sized bed, a washer and dryer and an en suite bathroom with a full shower and bath combo.

1 King Bed and 2 Queen Beds

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
