Ground Level: A versatile Bunk Room & Game Haven sleeps 8 (King + 2 Pyramid Bunks), complete with a full bathroom, prep kitchen, large refrigerator, and ice maker for endless entertainment.
Main Floor: The heart of the home, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows framing stunning ocean views. An open-concept living space integrates a chef's dream gourmet kitchen, elegant dining, and a sophisticated lounge with a flat-screen TV and cozy fireplace. This level also hosts a serene oversized primary suite (King bed, walk-in shower, private bath), a powder room, 5 swivel rocker conversation chairs, and a large laundry room.
Top Floor: Unveils 4 exquisitely appointed bedrooms, including another opulent primary suite (King bed, luxe master bath, direct upper deck access with coastal views). Additional rooms include a King with coastal views and deck access, two Queens with private access to a shared hall bath, and a King bedroom with a private bath.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

OTHER NOTES:
-The private pool can be heated at no expense to the guest!
-Property has outdoor security cameras.
-Fireplace is for decoration only!
-Pool can be heated and chilled at no cost to guest- temperature outside must be above 55 to heat pool

"Phenomenal property! The house is spectacular and everything worked perfectly. All the bedrooms were super clean and very well-appointed. Huge kitchen with plenty of utensils, dishware, blenders, coffeemakers, etc. (2 dishwashers were unexpectedly helpful). Outside the views are amazing, period. We didn't use the hot tub but did use the pool that had plenty of room for everyone. The decks are huge. Personally I think it's a huge plus to be so close to Ft. Macon, good grocery stores and markets in Morehead City, and Beaufort.

"Absolutely beautiful home! The kitchen was massive and had everything we needed, making it easy to cook for a large group. Every room was comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed. We loved the area, though we mostly stayed in and enjoyed the house—only ventured out for groceries! It was the perfect space for our family, including my mom, my three sons, their wives, and our grandchildren. A truly memorable and relaxing stay.

"Happy Ours was fabulous! It is a beautiful home even more spacious than the pictures show! Everything one needs in the kitchen and throughout the house was available and in great condition! I cannot say enough about this vacation home except it exceeded our expectations which is hard to do! Thank you for an unbelievable week in a clean, spacious, well decorated and very comfortable home!

"This was a beautiful home that we couldn’t imagine was as wonderful as its pictures, but it was! Lots of room for all of our huge family and different areas for different activities and games. Beautiful views and perfect pool, especially for the little ones. Was surprised too find an elevator, which was an added blessing for our family for one of its members. Little and big all around enjoyed the wonderful hot tub. The kitchen was magnificent, which lent itself to amazing meals cooked by different family members. All in all outstanding experience! Thank you Atlantic Beach, thank you Spectrum Rentals, thank you Happy Ours!!!
