The primary bedroom is a true retreat, offering ample space and a lavish en-suite bath complete with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower, ensuring ultimate relaxation. Three additional bedrooms and two other full baths provide comfort and convenience for family and guests. Step outside to your private dock, ideal for boating or simply enjoying the tranquil waters. Whether you're entertaining guests or seeking a peaceful escape, Downeast Retreat seamlessly blends comfort and elegance, promising an unparalleled lifestyle.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

"Clean and comfortable house with sunrises off the back deck and sunsets from the front deck.

"Overall fantastic stay. We spent each morning enjoying the sunrise on the deck and watching and listening for birds. The house was clean and well furnished, with plenty of space for a large family! We took advantage of the water front access and proximity to Harkers Island as we are avid kayakers. While the house is a bit outside of town, the peace and quiet can’t be beat. We look forward to staying here again!
