The living room offers comfortable seating for gathering, reading, or enjoying movie nights after a day at the beach.
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals with ease—whether you’re cooking a full dinner or assembling snacks for the beach. The open layout keeps everyone connected, making it easy to entertain and enjoy time together.
Just steps from your door, you’ll find a community pool, perfect for a refreshing swim or lounging in the sun. Of course, the real highlight is the condo’s oceanfront setting—stroll down to the sand, take morning walks by the water, or simply relax with the soothing sound of waves in the background.
Located in Pine Knoll Shores, the condo is just a five-minute drive to the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores, a favorite local attraction for all ages. Restaurants, shops, and scenic outdoor spaces are also nearby, offering endless opportunities for exploration.
Whether you’re seeking adventure or tranquility, this oceanfront condo provides the perfect home base for your next coastal escape.

**Each unit is limited to two parking passes. If additional parking is needed for visitors or extra vehicles, parking may be available through the Beacon's Reach HOA for $50 per week. The HOA office is located at 510 Salter Path Road, off of Beacon Reach Drive. Please contact Spectrum Rental Properties for the HOA office contact information.
Guests may also rent a boat slip during their stay (this is an additional fee). Boat slip rentals are coordinated through the marina. The preferred method of contact is by email. Please contact Spectrum Rental Properties for contact information.**

BED CONFIGURATIONS:
2 King Beds and 1 Pyramid Bunk (Twin on Top and Double on Bottom)

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

OTHER NOTES:
-No pets allowed
-No smoking allowed
-Only 2 parking passes allowed- one parking spot in front of garage, and one in a unmarked spot.
-The Community Pool is open April 1 through October (weather permitting)
-Camera's are for security purposes only.

"This place was an oasis! The view was spectacular, and it was super easy and quick to walk to the pool and the beach. The pool was close to the beach and had a bathroom so we didn’t have to walk all the way back to the condo if we were out on the beach. The grounds and the beach were very private and quiet. The condo was cozy and comfortable, had lots of towels, extra blankets, and lots of kitchen amenities. They even had games in the cabinet. There were tv’s in every room. The outdoor table and chairs made eating outside easy so we could enjoy the breeze and the fantastic view of the greenery and the beach. The aquarium and tons of great shops and restaurants were only minutes away! Peaceful place to stay, but close enough to the hustle and bustle, too. Perfect balance! I would highly recommend Claudia’s place! She made the whole process seamless and super simple. We had a fabulous time! One to remember! We would love to come back!

"We had a wonderful vacation. This is our 7th year coming to Atlantic Beach. We just love how affordable it is to be right on the beach. The restaurants are wonderful! Claudia’s place was perfect for the 4 of us. We have adult children so it is hard to find a place with the right bed configuration for our family. Claudia was wonderful, she was quick to respond when I had questions.

"Pine Knoll Shores is truly a special community. We love the area and Marys place was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed the views of the ocean, hammocks on the balcony, and how easy it was to walk to the beach. We look forward to visiting again next year.
