This thoughtfully designed condo features a main floor with a serene primary suite and a contemporary living space, with two additional bedrooms upstairs offering panoramic ocean and sound vistas. Bathrooms are luxurious havens with glass showers, enhancing the spa-like feel. Beyond, indulge in resort-style amenities including a pool and tennis courts, all just moments from shops, dining, and the NC Aquarium. Whether savoring sunset cocktails on the balcony or strolling the sandy beach, Coral Shores #4 invites you to embrace coastal living at its finest, each day a new chapter in your seaside sanctuary at 535 Salter Path Rd, Unit 4.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

OTHER NOTES:
-No pets allowed
-No smoking allowed
-Only 2 parking passes allowed
-The Community Pool is open April 1 through October (weather permitting)
-Camera's are for security purposes only.

"This place was an oasis! The view was spectacular, and it was super easy and quick to walk to the pool and the beach. The pool was close to the beach and had a bathroom so we didn’t have to walk all the way back to the condo if we were out on the beach. The grounds and the beach were very private and quiet. The condo was cozy and comfortable, had lots of towels, extra blankets, and lots of kitchen amenities. They even had games in the cabinet. There were tv’s in every room. The outdoor table and chairs made eating outside easy so we could enjoy the breeze and the fantastic view of the greenery and the beach. The aquarium and tons of great shops and restaurants were only minutes away! Peaceful place to stay, but close enough to the hustle and bustle, too. Perfect balance! I would highly recommend Claudia’s place! She made the whole process seamless and super simple. We had a fabulous time! One to remember! We would love to come back!

"We had a wonderful vacation. This is our 7th year coming to Atlantic Beach. We just love how affordable it is to be right on the beach. The restaurants are wonderful! Claudia’s place was perfect for the 4 of us. We have adult children so it is hard to find a place with the right bed configuration for our family. Claudia was wonderful, she was quick to respond when I had questions.
