Welcome to your perfect getaway at Colony By The Sea—Unit 327, an oceanfront condo designed for comfort, relaxation, and unforgettable views. This one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom retreat offers the ideal setting for a peaceful getaway along the beautiful shores of Indian Beach.
Step inside to an inviting open floor plan where the living, dining, and kitchen areas flow seamlessly together. The kitchen features ample counter space, making meal prep easy and enjoyable whether you're cooking a full dinner or preparing beachside snacks.
The master bedroom provides a peaceful retreat, featuring a TV and a private ensuite half bath for added convenience. Designed with both comfort and functionality in mind, the layout enhances your overall stay. An additional full bathroom is conveniently located off the main living area for easy access.
Outside, the property amenities elevate your vacation experience. Take a refreshing dip in the community pool, enjoy meals at the picnic tables, fire up the grill for a casual cookout, or rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower after a day on the beach.
One of the true highlights of this condo is the private oceanfront balcony. Imagine starting your morning with a cup of coffee or winding down in the evening with a glass of wine and a good book as the waves roll in. Keep an eye on the horizon—you may even catch a glimpse of dolphins passing by.
Whether you're seeking relaxation or a scenic seaside retreat, this condo offers everything you need for a memorable stay.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

"The best beachfront view! Top floor beachfront condo was perfect for my weeklong getaway. The view from the living room and deck was breathtaking, a special treat to see dolphins swim by each morning. The furniture and bed were very comfortable, the kitchen very well stocked. The boardwalk is attached to the condo walkways, it was easy to walk barefoot from the beach to the condo and use the outdoor shower along the way. The condo is very quiet and peaceful, not crowded at all. Lovely stay!
