Inside, the open-floor concept creates a bright atmosphere, with large windows that invite natural light and offer refreshing views. The living room is perfect for relaxing, reading, or unwinding with your favorite shows after a day in the sun. Connected is the fully updated kitchen, featuring stainless-steel appliances, ample counter space, and generous storage—perfect for preparing anything from simple snacks to full coastal-inspired meals.
The comfortable bedroom provides a relaxing retreat, complete with its own ensuite half-bathroom for added privacy and convenience. A full bathroom is also accessible from the main living area.
Step outside and take full advantage of the community’s coastal amenities. Enjoy warm afternoons at the outdoor community pool, where plenty of lounging space allows you to soak in the sun or unwind with a good book. After a day at the beach, rinse off the sand at the community outdoor shower before grilling dinner at the community grill area located by the pool.
Best of all, this condo places you right on the oceanfront, offering immediate access to the wide, uncrowded shoreline of Indian Beach. Whether you're sipping morning coffee with the sound of waves or taking sunset strolls along the sand, this vacation rental promises an unforgettable stay on North Carolina’s Crystal Coast.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

"We had such a wonderful stay at this condo! The balcony had a stunning view of the ocean and we especially loved the tall chairs that allowed for an almost panoramic view. The condo itself had a beautiful and clean interior and the open living room and kitchen felt quite spacious. We enjoyed both our ocean view and easy beach access and loved being able to walk back and forth to the beach throughout the day. We would definitely recommend staying here!

"Wonderful place for the two of us. Coffee on the balcony every morning staring at the ocean. Nothing quite like it. Everything was clean and new and well appointed. Very nice place. Elevators and roller carts helped ! Thank you. We will be back!

"Such a great little getaway place to stay. We really enjoyed our time at Colony by the Sea. The place was very nice, clean, and well put together. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design, and everything felt comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was especially well planned and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location was great, with easy beach access and a peaceful atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice coastal getaway.

"Our stay at Salter Path was fantastic! My wife & I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing to the sound of ocean waves. The atmosphere in the Condo was great! I really enjoyed the esthetic and colors. It's a bit warmer in person. The Condo is right on the beach, so it was very easy to walk from the Condo to the Ocean. Claudia was helpful and attentive to any questions we had for the entire visit, an excellent host! I would highly recommend staying with Spectrum Rental Properties at Salter Path.

"Such a cozy place with a beautiful view of the ocean! Plenty of towels, appreciated the laundry pods provided, had a good variety of utensils and cookware to make meals, and loved being able to walk down some stairs to be right on the beach.
