As you approach the property, you're greeted by a classic exterior with brick and black shutters and southern porches, where the cool breeze lingers in the air, promising endless days of relaxation and seaside adventures. As a matter of fact, when you stay here, you can bring your boat! There is over an acre of land, and the community boat ramp is less than a mile away.

Inside, the interior exudes a cozy appeal. Sunlight dances through the windows, casting a warm glow and the spacious kitchen beckons aspiring chefs to whip up delicious seafood feasts together as a family or with friends. The primary suite and three additional bedrooms offer king beds for much restfulness, and even downright bliss. The fifth bedroom has bunks for the kiddos or extra folks, so bring your friends to this fabulous home!

Stepping outside, a lush backyard provides a tranquil retreat with a well-manicured lawn, a roomy porch and places to sit and relax or watch the sunset. Head to downtown Morehead or Beaufort for dinner, drinks, shopping or local fairs and festivals. The beaches are nearby, too, and the renowned Crystal Coast. This area is known for its history, charm, pirates, sailing and adventure!

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.
