This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is designed for relaxation, with an open-concept layout that welcomes natural light and views of the sound. Whether you're gathering in the airy living room or cooking in the kitchen with sleek stainless-steel appliances, you'll feel right at home.
Step out onto the balcony of the living room to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening book. The property also features a boat lift, making it ideal for boaters and water enthusiasts—just as the name suggests, Bring Your Boat invites you to do exactly that. Spend your days fishing or simply enjoying the peaceful sound front ambiance.
The primary bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, offering a serene retreat after a day in the sun. The two additional bedrooms are connected by a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom, making it a perfect setup for families or groups.
Located just minutes from Atlantic Beach’s pristine shoreline, shops, and restaurants, this home offers the best of both worlds—tranquil sound-front living with easy access to the ocean. The property includes a 240v plug near the driveway, offering convenient charging for electric vehicles. Whether you're planning a family vacation, a romantic escape, or a getaway with friends, Bring Your Boat is the ultimate destination for making unforgettable coastal memories.

BED CONFIGURATION:
3 Queen Beds

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

OTHER NOTES:
-No smoking
-Boat lift can hold an eight ton boat
-Boat lift can hold a thirty five foot vessel
-Boat lift can hold ten foot wide boat
-Closest boat ramps: Crows Nest Marina which is walking distance or Anchorage Marina
-Guests must bring their own EV charger
