Inside the living area is cozy and welcoming—ideal for relaxing after a day on the sand. The bathroom features a fresh and clean design.
Whether you're planning a romantic getaway, a small family vacation, or a weekend with friends, this cottage offers everything you need in a relaxed, beachside setting.
Conveniently located near local restaurants, cafes, and shops, you'll have easy access to the best of Atlantic Beach. With its unbeatable location, modern upgrades, and warm, welcoming vibe, this cottage is your perfect home away from home at the beach.

1 Queen Bed

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

"We came for big rock week & we were not disappointed! The room was very clean, cozy & only a short walk to the beach! Overall stay was an amazing experience, we will be staying here again!

"This was a great cozy little stay, only a short walk away from the beach! Would highly recommend, everything was completely up to date, clean, and overall just a pleasureful stay. We came to watch the big rock, and was not disappointed. Will be staying here again!
