The primary bedroom serves as a peaceful retreat with a cozy queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom. With extra bedrooms—plus a bonus room—there’s comfortable space for guests of every age, and three full bathrooms make it easy for everyone to relax and recharge.
Outdoor living is just as enjoyable as the indoors. Start your mornings or wind down your evenings on the patio with outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying refreshing coastal breezes. Additional sectional seating by the back entry creates another comfortable space to relax or gather. Rinse off after sandy beach days in the convenient outdoor shower. Best of all, the property includes its own floating dock—ideal for boating, casting a line, or simply soaking in the peaceful waterfront setting.
Pet-friendly and welcoming, this home ensures every member of the family can join in on the fun. Just a short car ride from “The Circle” of Atlantic Beach, you’ll have quick access to local dining, shopping, entertainment, and, of course, miles of stunning shoreline.

Bed Configuration:
2 Queen, 1 Pyramid Bunk (Double bed on bottom, twin on top), 1 Daybed w/ Trundle

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs under 25 lbs are allowed with a $200 + tax nonrefundable pet fee per dog, with a 2 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

OTHER NOTES:
-Property has all new bedding, box springs and mattresses
-Fireplace is for decoration only
-No smoking
-Do not park on the street
-Please be mindful and pick up after pets waste
-Pets must be leashed at all times
-Outdoor cameras for security purposes only
-Boat cannot exceed 22 ft
-THERE IS TO BE NO BOAT TRAILERS PARKED AT THE PROPERTY. There is Anchorage Marina for trailer parking.
-New hog slat floating dock will be installed in April with fish carving table.
-New outdoor sectional seating on the back porch

"My family really enjoyed the layout of the house. The views off the back porch and the dock access and fishing. Plus we were able to provide easy access for a family gathering for even the members that use a walker since there were no stairs to enter and everything was on one floor. We will try to stay at this location the next time we can schedule a vacation together in the Atlantic Beach area.
