Nestled along the shores of Taylor Creek, this spacious five-bedroom, four-bathroom home offers the ideal setting for family vacations, fishing adventures, and relaxing coastal getaways, all while enjoying stunning sound-front views.
Wake each morning to boats gliding across the water and spend your days taking advantage of the private boat lift and convenient fish cleaning station, making this home a dream destination for anglers and boating enthusiasts. After a day on the water, unwind on the expansive waterfront porch, where outdoor seating invites you to soak in breathtaking sunsets and the peaceful coastal breeze.
nside, the home provides plenty of space for everyone to gather. The kitchen features classic white appliances and offers everything needed to prepare your favorite meals during your stay. Just off the kitchen, a cozy breakfast nook provides the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a casual meal, while the separate dining area offers ample seating for family dinners and memorable gatherings.
With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and a dedicated desk for those needing to work remotely. Downstairs, one queen bedroom includes a private ensuite, while another queen bedroom and a bedroom with a daybed share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The fifth bedroom provides additional sleeping space, making this home a comfortable choice for families and larger groups.
Located on historic Front Street, you'll be just moments from Beaufort's charming waterfront, locally owned shops, exceptional restaurants, and attractions. Spend your days exploring the town, watching wild horses nearby, or cruising the waterways before returning to your peaceful waterfront escape.
Whether you're planning a boating vacation, a fishing trip, or simply looking to experience the charm of Beaufort, this Taylor Creek retreat offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag.
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
Each property is also provided with 1 roll of paper towels, and two rolls of toilet paper per full bathroom and one for a half bath.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax nonrefundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee should be included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to make sure the pet fee(s) have been added.
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.
