The cozy light-filled sunroom is the perfect gathering place to not only admire the blue-green sea, but also for sipping a morning beverage, an evening cocktail or enjoying conversation. The open concept living room/dining room has ample space to spread out and plan for the day’s adventures or relax in the evening. The kitchen with its ocean color cabinets invites you in to prepare meals after lazy days at the beach.

4 Queen Beds, 2 Twin Beds

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests' responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax nonrefundable pet fee per dog, with a 3-dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

"Had a wonderful stay here with my family! The house is beautiful — great living spaces for hanging out, a state of the art kitchen, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, a peaceful sun room, great deck, and well kept yard.
