The living area, adorned with plush, cozy furnishings, invites you to unwind and enjoy a cozy evening among friends and family. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen calls to the culinary enthusiast, with plenty of room to move around and countertop seating that doubles as a breakfast bar or the perfect place for apps and drinks! Dine in the sunshine on the deck or patio while sipping a refreshing cocktail, and check out the surf in the distance.

Downstairs you will find space that is perfect for additional guests, friends, in-laws or the kiddos seeking a little bit of privacy or even their very own retreat! This self-contained yet connecting space features a cozy living area, a well-appointed kitchenette, two bathrooms, a laundry area for the whole house, and a bedroom with roomy bunk beds that boast two sets of double over double bunk beds with single bed trundles underneath each.

Every detail in this contemporary oceanside rental has been meticulously curated to create an atmosphere of comfort, convenience and that home away from home feeling. Soothe your soul at this unforgettable retreat.

BED CONFIGURATIONS:
3 Queen Beds, 4 Double Bunk Beds (Double on Top and Bottom), 2 Twin Beds, and 1 Sleeper Sofa

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

"This house is wonderful for multi-generational families. We stayed there with my children and grandchildren and it has a wonderful floorplan for accommodating everyone. The bunk room downstairs was perfect for grandchildren of all ages because there are full size mattresses on the top and bottom of each set of bunk beds and twin size mattresses on the two trundles. The family could hang out together downstairs playing pool and it was the perfect place for those who wanted to stay up later to be while the rest of the family could go to sleep in the upstairs bedrooms and not hear a thing. The kitchen is huge and well stocked and we loved the eating area at the bar. The back deck off the kitchen was the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening.

"This house lives big and the space is comfortable for a large family or two families. The downstairs area is the perfect hang out spot for kids of all ages with a game room with a pool table, TV and DVD player, a separate kitchen and a great bunk room with a big ensuite. The kitchen is very well appointed and had everything we needed to cook for a large group. The decks are roomy with wonderful seating areas and you can always find a breeze since theyre on both sides of the house. Theres a large picnic table on the back deck which was the perfect place for family summer suppers. Ill definitely be back to Robins Nest.

"We stayed here for a college friends reunion and it was great! The beach gear provided by the owners was perfect. We had plenty of beach chairs, bags, coolers and a beach cart to take our things down the paved access to the beach and it was a beautiful and not crowded stretch of the beach. Its close to fantastic restaurants and to beautiful Forth Macon Park which was perfect for us and we loved all the big comfy furniture upstairs where we could hang out and chat. We enjoyed happy hours on the front porch and could see the sound from the back deck which was nice. There was plenty of space to spread out in the house with four separate bathrooms for everyone to get ready in and everyone had their own bed. Its a gem in the heart of Atlantic Beach.
