Step inside to an inviting open concept living space, where natural light pours through large windows, highlighting the stunning sound view. The kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room provide ample seating and is the perfect setting for gathering with loved ones after a day on the water.
Boaters will love the ability to tie up at the dock, making it easy to explore the scenic waters, fish, or take a short trip to Cape Lookout National Seashore. After a day of adventure, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower before enjoying a relaxing evening on the deck, watching the sunset over the sound.
Each bedroom features its own access to a balcony, offering a peaceful retreat to sip your morning coffee while keeping an eye out for dolphins that frequent the waters.
Nestled only a few minutes from the heart of Harker’s Island, this home offers the perfect balance of seclusion and small-town charm. Whether you're exploring the nearby maritime museum, indulging in fresh local seafood, or simply unwinding by the water, this coastal retreat promises a memorable getaway.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $150 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog- A 40 pound weight limit per dog with 2 dogs maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.
