WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

OTHER NOTES:
-Parking is covered and may not be suitable for oversized SUV's/Trucks
Beam height is 6' 3" x 8' 4" wide
-No pets allowed
-No smoking allowed
-Only 2 parking passes allowed
-The Community Pool is open April 1 through October (weather permitting)

"This condo had everything! Super clean, comfortable beds, plus great ocean views from the living room windows, master bedroom, and screened in porch. The location was perfect! Great quiet stretch of beach only a few steps from the condo. The condo's complex is also not located on a busy road, but it close to a lot of great food and entertainment options. Can’t recommend this condo enough!

"This property is perfection in every way. Close to the beautiful crystal coast beach, big windows to see the turquoise ocean from the living area, and opening your eyes each morning to rolling waves:) The elevator is right by your car when unpacking and repacking up. And the condo is located right by the elevator. No lugging luggage and groceries far. The beach walkway is in front of your car and only seconds away from paradise. A fully stocked kitchen and plenty of towels and comfy bedware. WHAT MORE COULD YOU WANT? Bring people you love and it’s worth every penny!
