Welcome to "A Perfect Ten," a stunning three-story property designed for modern living. The first floor features two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for family or guests. Ascend to the second floor to discover a sleek, modern kitchen equipped with modern appliances and a stylish living room perfect for entertaining. The third floor is a private retreat, featuring a luxurious primary bedroom with an en suite bath, offering a serene escape. This beautifully designed home combines functionality and elegance, making it the ideal sanctuary for those seeking both style and convenience.
Additionally, enjoy access to a community pool, perfect for relaxation and socializing. "A Perfect Ten" is the ideal sanctuary for those seeking both style and convenience.

BED CONFIGURATIONS:
2 King Beds, 3 Twin Beds

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

OTHER NOTES:
-Fireplace is for decoration only
-No pets allowed
-No smoking allowed
-This property has one assigned parking spot. You will be given 2 parking passes; one is assigned to the on-site parking spot (#10) and one to the overflow parking lot.
-The Community Pool is open April 1 and closes October 31st

"A Perfect 10 is just that! The location offers an easy walk to the beach, a local coffee shop and dining options. The bedrooms are well situated for a family or couples. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals as desired; the home is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and a comfortable place to relax. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

"Location! Location! Location! Easy access to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. A great spot for a weekend or week-long getaway. Close proximity to the water for a day at the beach plus close to neighboring communities (i.e. Beaufort) for day excursions. We loved our time here and will definitely be back this season.

"We love this condo! Its so convenient to everything- walking distance to beach and restaurants. Kitchen is very well equipped as we cooked many meals at the condo. Furnishings are well kept and clean. Very modern! We will be back!
