Get Ready For a Music Festival!

It’s that time of year again…

Will you be on the Crystal Coast May 18th and 19th? Do you like music and drinks in a fun, family-friendly outdoor atmosphere? Then you should definitely check out the 30th Annual Beaufort Music Festival!

What is it?

A volunteer-run organization called Beaufort Music and Art established this festival that takes place on Beaufort’s historic waterfront. All profits from the festival, including fundraising events, sponsors, donations, tickets, merchandise, and alcohol sales, are what is used to produce the festival, however Beaufort Music and Art also donates a large amount each year to the music programs of our local Tiller School and Beaufort Elementary School. The best part? All of the live music is free!

Can I bring my kids?

The Beaufort Music Fest encourages a family-friendly event. Kids will have a great time in the designated family fun area. Sponsored by Oceanside Pediatrics, the family fun area is supervised by volunteers from the Tiller School and Beaufort Elementary. Little ones will stay entertained and under supervision so mom and dad can enjoy the live music!

What about food and drinks?

While outside alcohol is not allowed, this festival does feature it’s very own “Beer Garden”, where beer and wine are available for purchase. Coolers with food, water, and soft drinks are allowed to be brought onto festival grounds, however. Food will also be available to buy at the festival. Friday evening, the food vendor is Chick Fil A, and Saturday food vendors are Urban Street Eats, The Tiny Tornado, and A&M’s Red Food Truck.

Where can I stay?

Beaufort being only a 15 minute drive from Atlantic Beach where Spectrum Properties is located, there are many great lodging options offered on our website to accommodate you if you wanted to come to town for this fun event! Check out our Atlantic Beach rentals here.

This year’s lineup?

You’re in store for blues, country, southern soul, and more. All artists are interesting in their own way, some are singer songwriters while others are full bands, and some are even North Carolina Natives. For a full in-depth line up, check here.
