Spectrum Properties offers you the opportunity to protect your vacation investment in the event of the unexpected. Our Travel Protection Plan gives you peace of mind while you are traveling to your vacation destination.

Travel Protection Plan
Insurance is strongly recommended to cover situations whereby you may not be able to recover your vacation investment due to illness, accidents, hurricane evacuations, other acts of God, etc. This insurance is offered for an additional charge of 6.5% to our rental rates.

How it works
After you make your vacation reservation, you will be mailed a Guest License Agreement to sign and return, which includes your rental property information, arrival and departure dates, a detailed list of your charges, and the option of accepting or declining our recommended Travel Plus insurance plan. (A brochure containing details of this insurance plan is included with your Guest License Agreement). Insurance coverage becomes effective 24 hours following receipt of your payment to Spectrum Properties. When you receive your Guest License Agreement, if you decide to decline this insurance coverage, we ask that you simply strike through and initial the line item, and then deduct the travel insurance amount from your payment.

Again, we strongly recommend that you consider accepting this Travel Protection Plan.
