Anne’s family moved to Carteret County when she was only two years old. Growing up here certainly grew her love of the ocean and her love for the area. She enjoys raising her own family here now and spends much of her time with them out on the water whether boating or beaching it. Anne has her North Carolina Real Estate license since 2014 and has worked in the vacation rental industry in Carteret County since 2007.
Carissa was born and raised in New England, but when she first stepped foot in Carteret County it was love at first sight. She made it her goal to make one of these beautiful coastal towns her new home and within one year found herself living the dream among the pelicans, dolphins and wild ponies. She considers the area to be one of the most beautiful places in the world. With three years of leasing experience under her belt, Carissa is excited to be working with Spectrum Properties to help others, like herself, find their dream vacation spot or home.

Charran was proudly born and raised in Carteret County….she’s what we call “home grown” around here. She grew up living in the western end of the county in the charming town of Newport, then married and moved to the “down eastern” end of the county called Cedar Island. Charran will tell you that some people say Cedar Island is at the end of the world, but she likes to say it’s at the beginning! Charran graduated from West Carteret High School in 1975 then received her Associates Degree in Accounting at Carteret Community College. Since joining this company in January 2007, her primary area of responsibility has been ensuring that all owner’s income is reported accurately and that income checks are provided in a timely fashion. Additionally, Charran ensures that our vacation guests and long term renters are charged correctly. Per the NC Real Estate Commission, she also oversees that security deposits are returned within the time required. Charran will attest that one of the most important aspects of a rental company is to maintain and reconcile the rental trust account. This is something she takes very seriously as it protects all parties involved (owners, renters, and management). When time allows, she very much enjoys assisting our guests with their vacation needs or the folks moving into our area with their long term needs. One of our famous sayings is “anyone lucky enough to vacation or live at the beach is lucky enough”!
